Security and Maintenance Checks |

Dallimore
understand that your home in Spain is a most valued asset and
we aim to keep it that way. We care for your property in your
absence, making sure all is well by regular checks. Each visit
will consist of a comprehensive interior and exterior inspection
of the property. |

Detailed
records are kept in our office and forwarded to you, outlining
the present condition of the property and any recommendations
we have. This ensures that you are kept fully informed and any
problems can be resolved quickly and efficiently, keeping your
property in prime condition. You can rest assured that, should
any repairs be needed, we will contact you immediately and, with
your agreement, contact reputable trades people for quotations
and supervise any works that are carried out. |

Fortnightly
inspection |

fortnightly inspections will include the following: |

Ventilation of the property by opening all windows and doors
Water indoor and terrace plants
Collect Mail and keep in office
Run taps and flush toilets
Physical inspection of the property – inside and
out
Check for pest infestation
Check security – alarms, doors and gates locked,
windows and shutters closed
Organise quotes and supervise maintenance work when required |
